Our commitment

Calltalent Ltd. is committed to making calltalent.co.uk accessible to as many people as possible. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a minimum standard.

This is a genuine operational practice rather than a marketing claim: the company's founder and director, Josip Josipovic, has a visual impairment, and accessibility considerations shape design and engineering decisions from the start of every project.

What we have done

• Verified colour-contrast ratios against WCAG 2.1 AA for every text/background pair used on the site.
• Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure and a single <h1> per page.
• A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element.
• A “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Descriptive text alternatives on images, and accessible names on icon-only controls.
• Fonts served from the site itself (no third-party font CDN), sized for readable body copy.

Known limitations

No website is ever perfectly accessible in every environment. Where we become aware of a specific barrier we cannot immediately remove, we document it here.
