1. Who we are
Calltalent Ltd. (“Calltalent”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed via calltalent.co.uk. We are a company registered in England and Wales under number 16591113, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
You can reach us through our contact page.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect the personal data you actively submit to us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message. We do not use marketing tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website.
3. Why we process it (lawful basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract — UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- To operate and secure the website itself — UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in running a functional, spam-free service.
4. Who processes it on our behalf
The website is hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides our application hosting and serverless runtime. Contact form submissions are transmitted from that runtime to our mailbox using Resend as our transactional email delivery provider. These providers act as processors under written data-processing terms and only handle the personal data described in section 2 for the only purpose of delivering your enquiry to us.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to that provider.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping and legal compliance (typically no longer than 24 months from last contact for enquiries that do not result in an engagement).
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK's data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We do not use non-essential cookies on this website. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
