What we use today
calltalent.co.uk currently uses only strictly necessary, session-based technical cookies that are required for the site to function (for example, to keep a form submission attached to your session). We do not use marketing pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics. Because no non-essential cookies are set, no consent banner is displayed.
If this changes
If we later introduce statistics or marketing tools that use non-essential cookies, we will publish a consent banner that complies with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the UK GDPR, and the updates introduced by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (in force since 5 February 2026). That banner will:
- Offer “Accept all” and “Reject all” with equal visual prominence.
- Contain no pre-ticked boxes; continued browsing will not be treated as consent.
- Let you manage categories (for example, statistics and marketing) separately.
Narrow exemptions under the 2025 Act
The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 introduces limited exemptions where certain low-risk cookies may be used without consent — for basic website-improvement statistics, for remembering appearance or accessibility preferences, and for emergency location assistance. We disclose their use here as a matter of transparency should we ever rely on them; today we do not.
